We investigate the world of experience of users and consumers so we ‘know what moves them’. This way we can firmly anchor designs and innovations in our client’s practice. Through our cooperation with the Delft University of Technology we have gained experience with the research techniques developed there.
We apply these to obtain greater insight into what people consider important when doing the laundry or what is important when using a bicycle or stair lift. We also investigate which design of a product best matches both the company’s identity as well as the existing expectations in the market. This way, conscious choices can be made about the degree to which innovations are implemented in the design and functionality of products.
We apply the developed tools to determine the visual ambitions of our commissioning parties and we get insight into the expectations of clients and users of the design type.
