Scope Design is een eigentijdse ontwerpstudio uit Amersfoort. Met veel kennis, passie en plezier creëren we innovatieve producten en interacties.

In nauwe samenwerking met onze klanten leveren we al jarenlang future proof, technisch vernuft en award winning design. Naast product design ontwikkelt Scope graphic user interfaces met als doel een optimale user experience. De combinatie van product- en interactiedesign stelt ons in staat om een ultieme harmonie te bereiken tussen het product met zijn fysieke interactie en de digitale interactie van de grafische user interface.

Onze groei zet door en daarom zijn we op naar een grafisch vormgever. Wil je werken aan interessante (internationale) projecten in uiteenlopende branches en wil je daarin ook aan het roer staan? Ben je op zoek naar een team dat elkaars werk onderling verrijkt om op die manier de hoogst haalbare kwaliteit te bereiken? Dan willen we je graag leren kennen!

Wij zijn op zoek naar…

een allround grafisch ontwerper die alles wat 2D is aan onze 3D producten ontwerpt. Denk hierbij aan productgrafiek, user interfaces, van flowcharts, wireframes tot aan gedetailleerde grafische ontwerp en drukklare files. Bovendien zorg je ervoor dat alle grafische uitingen er perfect uitzien.

Je bent in staat om zelfstandig ideeën te ontwikkelen die we in ons team kunnen verrijken. Om ideeën te toetsen en te communiceren maak je gebruik van verschillende media zoals bijvoorbeeld papieren mock-ups en clickable demo’s.

Profiel:

  • Grafisch ontwerper met een energieke drive
  • Uitstekende kennis van 2D software
  • Ervaring in offline en online grafische uitingen (welke we in je portfolio terug kunnen zien)
  • Bij voorkeur heb je bureau ervaring en heb je minimaal HBO denkniveau
  • Goede schetsvaardigheden
  • Goede communicatie- en visualisatievaardigheden
  • Ambitieus, leergierig en collegiaal
  • Je kunt omgaan met de druk om deadlines te halen en te communiceren met alle betrokken partijen binnen een project
  • Goed in multitasking en het houden van overzicht bij meerdere projecten die tegelijkertijd lopen

Product Engineer

We are a fast paced team of passionate designers and engineers, with ambition to create ingenious (technical) solutions with the highest aesthetical quality.

Scope grows continuously and that is why we are looking for a Design Engineer to join our team.

Would you like to create smart technical solutions for our clients? Do you love to create technical proof of concepts? Are you eager to work out the concepts to final products that are produced? And do you want to do this all whilst working an energetic team that enriches each other’s work in order to achieve the highest quality possible? Then we would like to get to know you!

Your role at Scope is to realise innovative products that meet criteria of producibility. You come up with and develop smart constructions by modelling them in 3D CAD,  making physical (test) models and by making detailed 2D drawings for a flawless transfer to production parties. At Scope you are in direct contact with our customers and production parties in order to find the best feasible solution. You will be involved from the start of the project to keep concepts feasible and remain involved until market introduction.

Your profile:

  • You are experienced with (complex) design & engineering projects
  • You have a technical mind set and an eye for innovative solutions
  • You are continuously driven to see how ideas can be made, and communicate about risks and consequences and you come up with solutions for them
  • You can develop all technical aspects of a product in order to prepare it for production. You understand production techniques, constructions & assemblies
  • You have extensive experience with advanced 3D CAD packages (Solidworks)
  • You have a hands-on mentality and feel comfortable in the workshop building and testing models
  • You can handle the pressure to meet the deadlines
  • You are a good communicator, you reach out to all the parties involved in a project and keep their interests in mind throughout the process.
  • You are good at multitasking and keeping an overview of multiple projects running simultaneously.

Junior designer

Would you like to create “Awesome” design with us? Would you like to design smart products in an energetic design studio environment? Are you looking for a team that enriches each other’s work in order to achieve the highest quality possible? Are you ready to jump in head-on in several design projects? Then we would like to get to know you!

Your role at Scope is to design innovative products and interactions, researching stakeholder needs and translate these into product experiences and solutions which you visualise with sketches and 3D visualisations. In our workshop you will develop concepts into physical models to verify the design and functioning of your ideas. During the complete design process, you are working as part of the team, and are in contact with the client whilst you remain involved until the product introduction to the market.

Your profile:

  • You have good sketching and visualisation skills
  • You have experience with Solidworks
  • You are ambitious, eager to learn and a team player
  • You are able to explain your ideas to the team and to the client.
  • You can handle the pressure to meet the deadlines
  • You are a good communicator. You reach out to all the parties involved in a project and keep their interests in mind throughout the process.
  • You are good at multitasking and keeping overview of multiple projects running simultaneously
  • Preferably you have worked (as intern) in a design studio and/or you have an energetic drive.
  • You have a EU working permit

ABOUT SCOPE
